The VisualAid.org website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Visual Aid, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging artists with life-threatening illnesses to continue their creative work by providing a diverse core of direct services. By accessing this Site, you signify your understanding and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any of our policies or conditions, then you must discontinue use of the Site.

The artists whose works are displayed on the Site have generously donated very limited use of their works to Visual Aid for the Site, and we request that you respect their generous gift and the rights of the artists. The duplication, reproduction or use of any content contained in the Site for commercial or any other purpose is strictly forbidden. (See Copyrights)  You agree that you will not violate any of the copyrights in the works displayed on this Site (the “Works”) by the use, misuse, or appropriation of the Works, including, without limitation, the reproduction, distribution, copying, creation of derivative works from, selling, transmitting, or publishing in whole or in part any of the Works. The duplication, reproduction or use of any of the Works for commercial purposes or for personal gain is strictly forbidden.
